Cancellation of stay in Ostružná apartment

Payment must be made at least 7 days before arrival. If the reservation is not paid within this period, it will be automatically cancelled without refund. The accommodation operator has the right to occupy the dates with other guests.

In case of cancellation or change of stay 7 - 0 days before arrival, the client will pay 100 % of the booked accommodation to the apartment operator. On the day of arrival and during the reservation period, no changes to the reservation are possible.

In case of shortening the reservation during the stay, a cancellation fee of 100 % of the total price of the stay will be charged.
