Accommodation Rules

Immediate Termination of Stay by the Lessor:

The accommodation provider reserves the right to terminate the guest’s stay immediately in the following cases:

  • If the permitted number of persons is exceeded during the stay.

  • In the event of damage or destruction of property or equipment (vandalism).

Accommodation Rules:

  1. The guest is obliged to acquaint themselves with and comply with the accommodation rules.
  2. The accommodation concept at Theresian Apartment is self-service.
  3. The accommodation facility may accommodate only guests who have completed the online check-in form for all persons before arrival. The check-in form may also be completed upon arrival in printed form and subsequently submitted as a photograph via email to spravce@theresian.cz or via WhatsApp to +420 605 814 488.
  4. Guests are accommodated based on prior communication with the property manager. The guest will receive all necessary information by SMS or phone call. The SMS message includes a code for the key box containing the apartment keys and the building access chip.
  5. Use of the premises during the stay is entirely at the guest’s own risk.
  6. Indoor slippers are available at the entrance and must be worn inside the building.
  7. Outdoor footwear is strictly prohibited within the premises.
  8. It is forbidden to move or remove furniture or other equipment from the building. All guests are expected to maintain order and cleanliness and treat all furnishings with respect.
    Containers for mixed waste are located in front of the building. Containers for sorted waste are situated on the main street opposite the municipal office.
  9. The guest is obliged, through their conduct, to prevent any damage to the building and its equipment, to avoid the occurrence of fire or any situation requiring police or medical intervention, and, within their capabilities, to take all possible measures to prevent the spread of fire or avert imminent danger.
  10. Accommodation with animals is prohibited.
  11. Quiet hours must be observed from 22:00 to 6:00.
  12. For safety reasons, guests must not leave children unattended on the premises.
  13. Payment for accommodation must be made before arrival, either by online card payment, bank transfer, or in person at the reception of the Theresian Hotel in Olomouc.
  14. The self-service bar in the common room is subject to the current price list. Payment for purchased goods must be made either by QR code via online banking or in cash into the cash box. When paying by QR code, please indicate the quantity and type of purchased items. A receipt will be issued upon request.
  15. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire building and is subject to a fine of CZK 5000.
  16. When leaving the accommodation, the guest is obliged to close all water taps, shut the windows, turn off electrical appliances, switch off the lights, and lock the door.
  17. On the day of departure, the guest must vacate the room by 10:00; otherwise, an additional night will be charged.
  18. Upon departure, the guest is required to return the keys to the designated drop box located in front of the building entrance.
  19. In the event of damage to the furnishings of the room or the common areas of the apartments, or in case of key loss, the operator is entitled to demand appropriate financial compensation from the guest.
  20. Any defects or malfunctions must be reported to the apartment manager without delay.
  21. The building owner bears no responsibility for injuries or damage to the property of guests.
  22. Liability in relation to natural and legal persons is governed by the Civil Code.
  23. In the event of gross or repeated violation of the accommodation rules, the facility manager reserves the right to terminate the guest’s stay immediately.
