Our fully equipped outdoor kitchen is perfect for creative guests who love cooking and appreciate a perfectly grilled steak or vegetables. You can easily host a barbecue party for a group of friends, but it’s equally charming for a cozy meal for two.

Garden

A beautiful space where thoughtfully chosen plantings reflect the surrounding nature, offering a perfect experience without the need for a hike into the mountains. Night lighting of the garden and building enhances the majesty of the entire area.

Fire Pit

Sit on the ground, roast a sausage, and engage in endless discussions about the universe - or simply stare into the fire and think of nothing at all. The choice is yours.

Sun Bath

Grab a chair, turn it toward the sun, take a refreshing drink in hand, and soak up a wonderful dose of vitamin D. Enjoy the power of the present moment and, at least for a while, let time stand still.

Rules of Conduct and Safety

Basic rules for visitor behavior, maintaining order, protecting property, and safely using shared spaces.
  • Each visitor is required to behave in a way that does not disturb other guests and to follow the principles of mutual respect.
  • Quiet hours must be observed from 22:00 to 6:00.
  • Each visitor is responsible for cleaning up their trash and restoring the area to its original condition.
  • After finishing roasting or grilling, the fire must be properly extinguished to prevent rekindling.
  • In the event of any damage, the facility manager must be informed immediately.

  • Removing equipment from the interior to the outdoor kitchen or fire pit.

  • Intentionally damaging property or destroying inventory.

  • Breaking or cutting trees and plants.

  • Starting a fire outside the designated grill or fire pit.
